I’m on week 3 and I’m absolutely exhausted. I feel so tired it’s actually making me nauseous. I’m on 2.5mg. Is this normal? I ordered a second 2.5mg as would ideally stay on this then do 3.75mg from 5mg after 8 weeks, esp if I’m feeling like this .
i also find im hungry but then when it comes to eating I feel sick afterwards. i am getting my calories in.

In my experience it is an effect on being on fairly low carbs, and before your body starts using up fat as a source of energy. Are you tracking your macros?

I’ve just come off having spent 4 months on and losing just short of 2 stone. Not at my target weight yet but want to do it without the jab now. I took 1 week at 7.5 and felt so ill for days that’s it’s put me off but the main driver was the continued exhaustion. I was eating up to 1400 good calories a day but felt drained the whole time. When I’ve calorie counted and cut out refined carbs pre-jab I’ve always had bursts of energy and felt good. I’ve barely exercised whilst on the jab.

Its been great for getting me a dress size smaller and boosting my confidence, and that has motivated me to bed in a long term healthy eating regime.

I’ve been on (and off) MJ since May 2024 and found the exhaustion utterly debilitating but I don’t suffer from it at all now. For me it was the worst symptom, possibly followed y the constipation but I don’t even get that now 🤗

Are you taking any supplements? Drinking lots and getting your protein in? I’ve found iron supplements, vitamin d, magnesium, b complex and biotin really valuable.

I've had exhaustion throughout for 11 months now 😭 it's constant and gets worse the higher up you get. I got to 15mg and had super strong suppression, I was very ill, nausea, wiped out, was like a zombie laid on sofa, my house was a mess as I literally did no jobs unless it got dire, even cleaning the house but when you live alone it's not an issue! I was eating very little calories on 15mg 700-900 a day so that could be why.

But now I'm tapering down, im on 1100-1300 cals, taking strong liquid vitamins and also had a b12 injection 6 weeks ago and exercising too and did my first 10mg on saturday and I'm off work on leave for my second week and I'm laid on the sofa under a thick blanket watching TV as have no energy to do what I planned - DIY jobs. My feet are stone cold too so I'm going to have to put some thick socks on now to warm up!

the exhaustion at the beginning was so hard! Definitely found it got better as the months went on, but the big thing is eating more. I don’t really get tired anymore, but I can now eat around 1600 calories per day, when before I was struggling with 800
