Can anyone recommend an online pharmacy for Monjaro please?

What do you like about them?

For reputable pharmacies. Here you will find the best prices inc any discount codes available & link to trust pilot for each supplier.

Be aware that some pharmacies operate a subscription model, so will automatically charge you each month, and often assume you want to move up to the next dose level, so make sure you know what you're signing up to and how to cancel.

Others offer various additional services, often alongside a subscription model, like coaching or additional support. Can be an app, with AI to chat to, social media private groups and so on. Usually these pharmacies charge more. I personally don't want any of that and so wouldn't choose one of those pharmacies.

I value low prices, reliable delivery and quick communication. I'm currently using Swift who have been good so far for all of those, although they have put their prices up massively as all other pharmacies have done for 1st Sept onwards.

Thanks. have been looking at that site.
good idea re: trust pilot
Do you know by how much they will be putting their prices up?

@SummerDaysAreTheBest the Monj website has a September price list linked from the front page which shows the prices for pharmacies who have announced them so far. The price rise depends on the dose, it's a smaller hike for the lower doses and bigger hikes for the higher doses. I was paying around £140 for a 10mg pen, and now the cheapest price I have seen for that dose is £239. The starting dose of 2.5mg was available at around £100 but will now be more like £130 minimum with many places being more expensive than that.

If I was starting now I’d try wegovy, it is much cheaper, and if I had issues then switch to mounjaro. Many folks have a lot of success in wegovy and are switching now, and as much as you maybe fine on the lower doses you equally may need to go up to 15mg and be paying 350 a month.

hmmm… just really concerned about side effects so am thinking MJ appears to have less reported

I totally agree. I have used Mounjaro for 17 months and I did need to go up to 15mg. Am still on 10mg for maintenance now although these price increases are making me work to get to a lower dose asap as it’s cheaper.

If I was back at Day 1 now with these new prices I would try Wegovy- yes it has more reported side effects but most people do fine on it. If you do 2 years on Wegovy like I probably will on Mounjaro it could save you £1-2k. A tidy sum.

I like Asda because I can pick up I store which works better for me than having to plan around delivery times. (Even though I don’t shop there normally). It does take about a week from order to collection date. Not sure how that compares to other providers.

I’m not loyal to any pharmacy. I buy from wherever is the cheapest and has delivery options to suit me. As long as the pharmacy is legit I will try it. The website li led above is really helpful.

I use Weprescribe because I didnt feel I needed support, though you can speak to them if you need to. They price matched from my second pen so I always got the best price I could. The new pricing seems competitive. DM me if you want a £40 off refer a friend code. I also used new customer discounts with other pharmacies so I could have spare pens. I think Juniper had an offer on if you need support too. I havent used them myself.

LimeFizz · 31/08/2025 08:32

Wegovy wasn’t half as effective for me so I’m sticking with MJ. Currently with Lotus, they’re decent and have good customer service if you need it.

But it is effective for thousands and thousands of others,
