Has anyone tried to order from Curate since the news broke of the price increases? I ordered a pen on 14th August and had a weight verification call on 20th. That same day I had a voicemail saying someone needed to speak to me and they would call back in the coming days but I have heard nothing further. Online my order is showing as needing a video consultation. I am not sure if this is extra to the video call I have already had but there are no slots for what they are suggesting until 18th September. They are not responding to the online contact forms I have filled out, one on 20th and one a few days ago.
I am not desperate for the pen as I have secured some MJ from my usual supplier and I am also not happy that they have not phoned back if they have questions for me and there is no way to phone or email them - just the contact form that they are not responding to. I know this has been a busy time, but things should be settling down now!
I ordered from them once back in December but read afterwards that their customer service was rubbish so I moved to Oushk. I was tempted by the big discount code they sent and the upcoming price increase but really wishing now that I hadn't bothered. I went with them as I was already on their system so expected it to be fairly straightforward.
The only way to cancel is with the contact form (which they don't respond to) and there is mention on the site that if you cancel there is a £15.00 fee (whereas if they refuse there is no charge).
How have others found them? Has anyone had a similar experience?
