Gym tracker app

Hi does anyone use an app to monitor the machines they use in the gym? I am just starting a new gym and I would like some sort of tracker I can fill out to demonstrate progress etc.

MyFitCoach is the best. It's tranformed my training and I've made real progress since using it.
