In reality? As long as you like just be really careful about hygiene.

No-one knows. The official guideline is 30 days. Any longer is at your own risk. Some people keep it for longer.

I've been using a 10ml pen but just taking 7.5...done it with 2 pens so far, been absolutely fine. Ive now ordered a 15ml as the price hike is crippling and plan to keep to my 7.5 dose. I keep them in the fridge in a dark bag in the salad draw 😂

Ive only been taking 2.5 to keep food noise down , losing just a small amount of weight but keeps side effects at bay.
