Well, its not everyone's choice because again it has unpleasant side effects! But I've had success with it in the past and lost 3 stone, so I'm doing it again.
Just Orlistat tablets 3 x a day after or with meals, combined with Slimming World recipes (not joined, you can get all the recipes online) and a bit of exercise. Cheaper and better results for me but I know its not liked by everyone.
I couldn't cope with Mounjaro, I just felt so rough on it and I was hoping for great results. I would wake in the morning before even eating anything with raging heartburn. Everyone seems to love it but it wasn't for me and I even stopped losing any weight for the last month on it.
