just had an email saying they expect to be in a position to review order on 1st or 2nd Sept

Then delivery for 05/06 Sept

Thats 2 weeks without my injections

I cancelled my very first order with them a couple of hours before I got the same email. I just got the feeling that it was going to be delayed or cancelled.

I ordered with Ashcroft Pharmacy (new customer 2.5mg) 2 hours ago and just received the email to say it's approved.

Having been with Ashcroft since the start, they don't seem to sell pens they don't have. That's the difference. My order has arrived within 2 working days without fail, every single time. It is easier on the lower doses though @maz99 - try and stay as low as works for as long as possible.

(as in easier to source)

I was trying to order the same from Zava, but their response to my order was vague.

I’ve got the same email, ordered 20/8 , I’m more annoyed that there was no mention of whether they are honouring the price that I ordered it at as it was already significantly more than my last pen.
Im quite happy to cancel it as actually managed to source 2 pens elsewhere but no option on there to do that & don’t fancy spending hours on phone !

I ordered from Zava on 16th August. Just got confirmation earlier today that it's been approved and I can expect to receive it by the end of the week. I haven't noticed any price increase from last month.

@Thefatbutteredpig sounds as though you only ordered the pen when you had nearly run out? I used to do that but once all the news appeared about the price increase, I got worried about it taking longer to process orders. Previously Zava has been really quick at approving and sending orders out.

I am sure that Zava has said that it will honour the price quoted when you order, but not sure if that was in an email or in their online FAQs.

According to Zava's website, it said that you just need to send a message from your patient account before it's dispatched or approved by the doctor.

Well after sitting on my money since the 20th they’ve cancelled my order this morning ! Reason given - my bmi is under 28 , luckily I’m wasn’t waiting on it really ! 🙄

I got my 15 mg pen delivered yesterday. Have ordered 2 more but not sure if these will ever arrive.

My 12.5 and 15mg were approved today, a week after I placed my order

I placed an order August 21st still showing as processing, they sent me an email yesterday telling me they’re honouring original price and then two hours later the money landed back in my account.
They’ve also now suspended the phone lines and are taking 4 days to respond to messages.
I’m due another dose next Tuesday.
I don’t even know what to do at this point . Is anyone taking transfers with stock of 2.5 and 5mg ?
