Which pharmacies have 7.5mg MJ and are accepting transfer patients?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I’m in a bit of a hurry! I just went to order 7.5 mounjaro from Asda (after 2 months on 5mg), who I’ve been with since the beginning and seen that they only have 2.5 in stock. I’ve been looking around at other pharmacies but many don’t have 7.5 in stock either or they’re not accepting transfer patients. Can anyone tell me which pharmacies have 7.5 in stock (or at least 5mg) and are accepting transfer patients? Thank you!

Have a look on here

Ihavesomeballs · 26/08/2025 17:25

I can't get any 5mg from anywhere! I'm only 4kg off goal weight so thinking about just reducing to the 2.5mg which is in stock......thoughts?

Elfie23 · 26/08/2025 17:59

I’ve just seen the cost of 7.5mg on Oushk who I’ve always been with and wowwwww!!!

Juniper are showing £75 off code but looks like I could only order 2.5mg, I’m wondering if I can get in contact with them and see if they will give me 5mg (as I can’t tell the difference between 5 and 7.5mg anyway)

MyMyDelilah · 26/08/2025 18:14

I have had a 7.5 dispatched today from Voy. They are one of the pricier suppliers though. I think they are accepting new customers but not sure if it is only for WG rather than MJ. Might be worth a try though.

Trinck · 26/08/2025 18:25

Juniper have all doses in stock. In fact they are advertising on their website that they are the only UK supplier with all doses in stock.

Yes, they take new customers, I started with them last week. I have a £75 off code, if you use that instead of the Monj discount code I get a referral discount too 😊

Someone earlier said about Juniper charging them for 2.5mg. That's how they do it for all new customers. It's so you are only charged the lowest amount, until your order is approved, rather than the full amount.

The way it worked gor me was

  • Fill in heath questionnaire
  • add a £75 voucher code and pay. I was charged £114 with discount - the amount of the lowest 2.5mg dose
  • the next day, there was a back-and-forth text conversation with a prescriber (lasted 5 mins or so) who approved me for a 7.5mg order.
  • I received a payment request for £40 - the extra my higher dose pen was, so in total it wad £154. I paid that
  • received pen 2 days later

And FYI, you get free digital scales with your first order. I hadn't idea these were coming.

I have to say I'm genuinely impressed with Juniper, they have been ace. I've since ordered a second 10mg pen from them. Ordered Friday, dispatched notification today (given it was bank hol yesterday).

morbidcuriosity · 26/08/2025 18:28

Exactly what @Trinck has said.. I just done it today for 10mg.. charged 114 and waiting for them to reply now, I've sent 10mg box pics etc.. so waiting for the extra amount to pay then they send..

Bmi over 22 and your good..

I am in exactly the same position, been on it for three months and was due to go up to 7.5 with asda and can't get it!! Any help would be great. Would also love your code if possible

Myneighboursnorlax · 26/08/2025 23:46

@Trinck can I ask how you ordered a second pen with them? I also joined last week and had a 7.5mg pen arrive already, but I can only see the option to keep an ongoing subscription and not to order any more one off pens…

If you go onto your treatment plan (where it shows you a 6 month plan), click on your next order. On that page, at the bottom of the page is a section called Manage My Order. That gives you the option to either request it early or delay it.

I clicked on request it early. It takes you to a contact us page. I filled it in to say I'd like to order early, before the price increase. I got approval for this same day, it took payment automatically from my card and I got the delivery notice today.

I've actually just today tried to see if they'll let me order again (because with the discounts, these are the cheapest pens I've found). I am inclined to suspect they'll decline me this time, but worth a try.

AR92 - I've PMed you the code. I'll tag you in the voucher code thread on Mumsnet

NorthFaceofthelaundrypile · 27/08/2025 07:08

@Trinck - would you be able to PM me a good too?

Iamthemoom · 27/08/2025 08:00

Numan have 7.5mg and have been amazing. Always arrives on time and ice cold, properly packed etc. You can get £100 off your order using a discount code, I have shared mine in the discount code thread (or happy to dm) as have other mumsnetters so you’ll find one easily. What I like best about them is you can get £100 off every order where you refer a friend so I have never paid full price in over a year, having had friend referrals every month via Mumsnet as well as real life friends. Their support service and customer service is first class too.

Wolvish · 27/08/2025 08:13

e-surgery. I got one yesterday 7.5mg £152 on subscription. Not sure about new patients.

AR92 · 27/08/2025 10:22

Exactly the same with Asda. Held my money for two weeks and told me it was put aside for me.

would anybody have a code for Juniper for my next dose of Mounjaro 7.5ml I’ve been scouring the internet since last night as Asda don’t have it. Seriously losing the will to live now. I’ve done so well I don’t want to change to WG now. Thanks everyone
