Can anyone help

Hi just woundering if anyone is able to help as im so confused 😕
I have a 5mg mounjaro pen but have been taking 3.5mg to steadily get up to 5mg to try and reduce side effects. I am on my last dose of 3.5mg and at the stage where I have to draw it out with a syringe, but I can't for the life of me work out how much I need to draw out I'll attach a picture on the syringe I have. Im hoping any of you lovely people can help 🙂

The units on the syringe are the same as the number of clicks. You only have a 0.3ml syringe, so this is equivalent to 30 clicks. Usually a 1ml (100 clicks) syringe is recommended, so you will have to use 2 syringes for 42 units/ clicks = 3.5mg.

If you have drawn 6 x 3.5mg then you should have around 4-4.83mg left depending on how much you used for priming. Pp is correct you need a bigger syringe or use 2 to extract 0.42ml, it you go slightly over it will probably be fine as a step up dose especially if you've had no side effects. If it was me I'd take it all.

Try SHD medical they have cheaper 1ml ones than other online pharmacies but they are 12mm length needle so I just insert half way.
