Is anyone else having problems with iq doctor? I ordered on 14th, they deducted money. Asked for info which I immediately sent and nothing at all back since then. Really annoying as last time were so quick. Appreciate all suppliers are busy but the comms are so not ok and it’s a lot of money to take with no end point

Ordered on 14/08 - I'm sorry to say I was panic buying! Money taken - not heard anything from them since. Have messaged and called. Raising a section 75 on Tuesday

@watchingplanesicantafford yes repeatedly and no one answers phone. I’ve also emailed and messaged.
cannot get any human contact whatsoever.

I ordered from IQ doctor on Thursday, delivered this morning. 7.5mg. My second order from them so didn’t ask for any kind of verification.

i wasn’t new either . Really frustrating. Like I say I do understand prescribers are busy but the comms are appalling. Will open a section 75 chargeback if don’t hear back on the next day or two

I ordered 7.5mg on the 18th, delivered on 22nd. It was my 2nd order with them.

@Wingingit11 yes! A couple of other forums are reporting the same issue as us too. I am hoping we hear on Tuesday as at least the narrative seems to be consistent

what dose did you order? I’m guessing their stock of that might be the issue. I ordered 15 on the 15th and was delivered on the 20th. No issue but less communication than normal. I just trusted the process. You’re not going to lose your money so try and relax. Worst case they can’t fill order and it will be refunded.

@Calamitousness it was 15mg. Trusting the process is fine but sitting on almost £200 of my money with no communication is not ok, sorry.

@Calamitousness 10mg which seems to be a theme. I am in the relatively fortunate position that I have a few doses left in my old pen so I am trying to be zen as I have time. It’s just that it would be nice to know the score rather than the radio silence iyswim.

Oh no. I ordered the 10mg with them yesterday. I've only two doses left in my current pen too.

Same as a new customer. Sent all pics and current prescription. Just says weight check submitted.

Really? @Wingingit11 You know your money is safe, I don’t get the distress if you’re ok for doses for a few weeks. I imagine it’s people phoning and emailing wanting more info etc that is making it harder than usual for them to keep up with their usual comms. I’m not sure anywhere you order from now would have a swifter turnaround. Maybe they would. Try ordering elsewhere and when you know it’s being fulfilled and sent you can cancel IQ order and just get refunded.

Hi @Calamitousness . not sure why you are attacking me in this. It’s not unreasonable to expect some communication from a supplier that takes £200 and is silent for ten days. This is not AIBU. I’m not saying I am “distressed”. I am worried about my money in a fragile market. Hope that’s ok.

I agree, I don't want £200 on hold for two weeks.
Especially if need to try elsewhere.

I ordered 10mg yesterday as a returning customer. It’s just changed in the past hour or two to order assembly, so I’m hopeful it might ship tomorrow and arrive Tuesday.

@hannahisaspanner just to be aware, mine did exactly that and had been order assembly for 9 days now :(. Fingers crossed we’re all sorted out early next week.

Iq doctor are working.. just had email saying my 10mg should be dispatched today..

Heard from IQ Doctor - My order has been dispatched today - 12 days after order! Hopefully they are getting on top of the backlog.
