Out of stock and the disappearing medical information- aarghhhh

I’ve been on Mounjaro since October, losing fine, and need to order another pen. Always found it easy. Early on I swapped providers a few times but then stuck with oushk as I neared goal. Haven’t ordered in over a month and it’s like the system has gone mad!

firstly I had to have a video consultation. Fine. But I had to wait a week. Did that, no problem.

then I had to fill out the updated medical information section. Okay, but wait you need photo proof of my height? (Even though I just did that live on the video call?!) And all my (normal) blood results? In detail? Okay, all done

oh and now my dose is out of stock…
so I’ll order a different dose, I guess.
And that means I have to re-do all my medical info again cos it doesn’t save … just to find out that’s out of stock as well…Why can’t they tell you stock levels before you lose your medical information?!😞

what to do???

I'm with oushk - where would you recommend that has stock of 10 mg and won’t make me go through another week of pointless form filling and waiting?? 🙏🏼

I find IQ doctor, Pillsorted and Pharmacy2u all very good.
IQ doctor was probably the most straightforward.
I ordered and received 12.5mg from them last week and even given the national panic stations they approved and delivered my order within 5 days. In normal times they usually take no more than 48 hours from order to delivery.
Last I looked they had 10mg available too.

Check out the price hike threads on this forum. You have seen the news haven't you? Tripling prices etc.

Companies are not being allowed to order more stock until 1st Sept when prices increases happen. Oushk have offered 3 pens per person so there has been a lot of panic buying. Good luck!

Not recommendations, have never used any of those, but they do appear to have stock.

Just to reassure anyone reading, prices are not tripling. eg MedExpress going up by between 20% and 55% depending on dose.

@JustKeepsBreathing I suspect all those hoops you had to jump through were just stalling tactics because they didn't have stock.

Juniper have stock and I've been really impressed with them. I went to them as a new 7.5mg customer this week. They did the due-dilligence checks the next day and I received then pen 2 days later.

I ordered from Juniper as a new customer just over a week ago and it was all very easy and fast.

You fill in the normal health questions, state which dose you want and then it takes a holding payment of the price of the lowest dose (was £114 I think, with the £75 discount)

The next day the pharmacist consultation happened over text, when they approved my dose and took a payment for the extra £40 that my higher doses cost. It made my 7.5mg pen £154

I'm current sat waiting on 3 pharmacies who took full payment, radio silence for a week and then I've asked for a refund, which still hasn't been processed. So the fact that Juniper didn't take the full amount from the outset I also like. That said, Juniper showing as full stock and anyone I've read on mumsnet that has ordered got it really quickly.

It’s not stalling tactics from Oushk, it’s their standard procedure, they just have tighter guidelines than some other pharmacies.
They have no stock and no updates of when it’s arriving, so I expect it will be after 1st September.
The latest stock information is shown in their Circle community under the stock tab.

I received an email from IQ Doctor yesterday saying 10mg is out of stock until next week. I went up because I am starting to get hungry.

The only dose iq doctor has left is the 2.5mg pen. My dose has been delayed to dispatch I am hoping it comes soon.

I ordered on 16-Aug, got approved on 19-Aug and then nothing! I am due to travel in 3 days. They are not answering their phone or emails, I am furious with them ans not sure what to do...

I signed up with them in April but I didn't start my injections until May I am a regular customer. I placed my order last week Friday for next day delivery. They updated it to order assembly and then today dispatch delay for 29th. I did email them last week after I placed my order and they told me yesterday they were out of stock until next week so I am not sure my order will be delivered. I had a second look online today and the only jab available is 2.5mg. Are people panic buying all the Mounjaro it's crazy.

I have looked at other websites like Juniper who say they are in stock. I don't trust them they could take my money and keep me waiting around.

@kisaki333 if I was you I would cancel your order because sods law it will arrive while you are on holiday. I would ask for a refund.

@Falseknockwould cancel but HOW? They are not responding to my emails, not answering the phone... order just shows in pending and no option to cancel online

@kisaki333 You told them you are going away that's why they haven't updated your order. You need to send an email stating you want a refund and if it's not repaid back to you with in the next 7 days you will contact the bank. You have to show your bank what steps you have taken to resolve the issue. If they don't respond with in 7 days then contact your bank and show the emails you have sent.

IQ doctor Mounjaro pens have gone up today. The 15mg pen is £304.99 and the lowest 5mg pen is £174.99. My order has been sent today for the old price YAY.

I will have to pay £274.99 if I choose the next 10mg dose fucking hell I bet get exercising quick to lose the lard.
