I’ve now had 3 responses from their team who have confirmed they cannot advise me as to why they do not know their prescribing guidelines because they are not medically trained. Forgive me for thinking that someone in a customer support role should know the basic things like what their prescribing conditions are i.e. new patients on a new to weight loss medication must be at a BMI of 30 or 27 with other conditions. This should be sometime readily available to their team so if a new patient asks before they part with their money they can be assured it’s not a waste of their time.

Apart from the bad advice just telling you to stop medication abruptly, its a great money maker for them to hold onto your cash for 2 weeks or more.

I’ve asked them to remove my account because this experience has told me all I need to know about their service and ‘support’.
