Rightangled were accepting and approving orders for mounjaro and taking payment and now are emailing customers asking them to either switch to wegovy or if they want to stick with mounjaro have to agree to wait till september and pay unspecified new higher prices.
They do not offer a cancel option and people who have asked to cancel are being charged a £10 fee deducted by Rightangled before they process the refund.
This seems utterly wrong.
If a company accepts payment for an approved order and then cannot fulfil the order they should be apologising for the inconvenience not charging customers as if the whole thing was their fault!
