This means that pharmacies “will be able to charge patients much less when the new prices [come] into effect in September”, he explained.
Seems to be the main part, but no details of how much this will be. It will still cost pharmacies dearly as they will be getting rebates a month in arrears and will probably need processes in place to evidence and claim them.
Lets hope it is in place for 1st September and significant enough it allows many more patients to continue use.
Why did they not have this sorted out in advance to stop the panic they have caused? (rhetorical question!)
