Wondered what your calorie intake is while on injections and also what your calorie intake is after finishing injections and maintaining weight loss.

Im following team RH’s mounjaro plan so my calories are around 1800 with 12,000 steps a day and high protein and high fibre and I’m losing every week and learning new eating habits and making sure my body isn’t becoming malnourished like with previous diets. They also do a maintenance plan afterwards. His plan isn’t for everyone but I’m finding it really easy to sustain and I’ve never felt better

You have to work out your own TDEE and be in calorie deficit to lose weight, then at goal you work out calories needed to maintain.

I will do this today. So far I’ve lost half a stone over a month on around 1400

It's individual as it's down to your height etc. I'm only short so my losing weight calorie deficit is only 1200 and so maintaining will be what a pp's cutting calories are above.

Don't do team RH btw 🙂

It’s absoloutely not for everyone but I’m really getting along with it and sustaining it so far without feeling ill like I did on previous calorie deficits and understand it’s individual 😊

I was just actually admitted to hospital with abdo pain on my night shift (I’m a nurse myself) and had to have a surgical review before being cleared and they were happy for me to stay on mounjaro and said my bloods are now the best I’ve ever been but did say the issue is a lot of people aren’t eating enough calories whilst on mounjaro thinking that’s a good thing and then put their gallbladder under pressure so I’m just trying to do something I can stick to long term for when I come off

Same. I’m down 46lb doing that with Team RH. Changing habits is the way forward
