Mounjaro dose

I know not everyone will agree, but could someone please check my maths and if it would be ok?! TIA x

Would it be ok to use:
30ml in a syringe of a 2.5mg pen (=1.25mg) PLUS 2.5mg ( 30 clicks) of a new 5mg pen to make a 3.75mg dose?

Assuming you mean 0.3ml in a 1ml syringe, which would be marked as 30 units on the syringe, then yes your maths is correct.

Would it not be easier to do 0.9ml from the 2.5mg pen, if you have that available, which if it's the remaining medication after doing 4 doses then you might have 0.9ml left over.

Yes, so that's 0.3ml, so if that was from a 2.5mg pen then that would be a 1.25mg dose.
