Question about weight verification video calls

I’m waiting on video calls with both Oushk and Curate. I’m assuming I’m best doing these on my mobile phone so that I can move around to the scales etc. No idea how easy it will be for me to verify my height (attempting to hold tape measure and film with mobile phone at the same time?).

Just wondering if anyone can advise on how best to do this or what happens?

Reason I’m ordering with 2 suppliers is because my usual supplier is out of stock and I’ve only got one dose left currently. And wasn’t sure how long despatch will take after weight is verified. Problems I’m guessing due to the potential price increases and stock issues.

I did it on my phone with Oushk. Was super easy, clicked on the link from the email & joined the call. The person asked how I am, then I showed them my ID in the real time, then I got on the scale, turned the phone around for them to see the weight and they was it. Then they asked if I had any questions about the medication, I didnt. Took like 3 minutes

Thank you I’ve got the same booked with Oushk this week. Did you have to show your height somehow? I’m a transfer customer and have shown photos of previous prescription and all other relevant information they needed.

Mine with oushk just asked my weight I didn't have to weigh. I was asked to stand against a doorframe tho 😂

I had my verification in late May before the height verification was required (I since had my height verified by medical professional) ...but I heard there are some options:

They ask you to stand in a door frame (as approx)

If you have a meter and can attach it to the door frame you can then stand by it

Slightly more awkward but someone else can hold the meter next to you

I taped a tape measure to the door and stood by it. Call on mobile so I could turn it around for scale and tape measure. All very quick and easy.
