What day to start?

Managed to buy MJ and have the consultation just before the price hike, so I don’t know what this will mean moving on, but it’s arrived today.

I work Monday to Friday, when is the best day to start, allowing for potential side effects?

Personally I chose to start on a Friday night so I have both the best suppression and the worst side effects over the weekend when I am not at work - I find it much easier to stick to healthy eating when I'm working.
