Have to fess up to new supplier if want 5mg

Just that. Not sure if I just order one extra 2.5 mg pen so do not have to fess up about normal supplier or take risk of disclosing normal supplier via photo of MJ box with prescription to get 5mg pen.

Not sure what to do. I am due to take first 5mg dose tomorrow but will do 3.75 mg instead as worried about side effects

You can order 2.5 mg without disclosure that already on MJ but if you want 5mg you have to give proof of prescription from another supplier.

If you already have a supplier, you should stick to it. Many suppliers are already not taking new customers.

I don't understand what the issue is. Its not shameful or against the rules to use more than one prescriber. Just take a photo of the box. It's quick and easy, I've used 4 pharmacies on my journey. Sone do it regularly to take advantage of deals.

The issue is I think I am less likely to get a 5mg pen that was prescribed only a few days ago and more likely to get 2.5 mg pretending to be a new user.

Honestly, I’m not sure that in the current climate that they will care. It’s more important that they know when you took your last dose and what dose that was. I don’t think that it’s an issue that you’ve used a previous supplier for your current 5mg pen. People move suppliers for deals all the time, so I can’t see how this would be different.

No they don’t inform your previous supplier.

It's not an issue. There's no early time limit especially currently as many are stock piling due to price issue. You could be going on holiday and want to ensure delivery before you go etc could be lots of reasons. Seriously they won't ask and if they do, just say you like a spare pen in fridge. Many people like a back up for when shit hits fan..like now lol

I did once try to order from a new supplier because they had sent me a voucher, and was told no because the prescription I showed them as evidence was too recent. They said I had to come back in three weeks. I think there may be a guideline somewhere that patients aren’t supposed to have more than 6 weeks’ supply at a time, which is why many pharmacies start nagging you to reorder after 2 weeks. But in the current climate this might be the least of their concerns.

They don’t all ask for proof either. I’ve switched supplier and asked for 5mg and been given 5mg without showing any proof that I’ve had it previously

No that’s not true. You show your current t 2.5mg prescription and they will allow you to step up to 5mg. I change providers most months

You can order another 5mg by showing you are on 5mg, this is a non issue

Not really a lot are restricted ordering or no stock and I have ordered 2.5 so don’t know who would have what you need.
