Lots of very useful discussions going on on the old thread, so I thought I would continue it!

That’s what I do. I’m up to 12.5 now though.

I placed an order for 12.5 last Friday , just had an email saying pharmacy2u have cancelled my order , no explanation & refunding my money that they’ve sat on for 5 days 🤬. I’m more annoyed at lack of explanation , I’ve sent photos and proof of previous prescription, does anyone know if they won’t prescribe at less than a certain BMI , mine is 26 , but surely they would have said that when filling in the original questionnaire ?
Boots also refused me , starting to get desperate now 😩

@bugalugs45 They’ve just prescribed to me at under 26 so it can’t be that.

My BMI is 24, ordered late Thursday evening and pen arrived Monday morning. Could it be they’re out of stock? Have you been on 12.5 already or are you moving up? Any other health issues?

I honestly don’t know , they messaged and asked for proof of previous prescription which i sent then was just cancelled , almost immediately after ?
Been on 12.5 for 2 months already , no health issues .
Im not an existing customer of theirs but it’s frustrating that they let me put order in , pay , provide proof etc to then pull the rug ! I have emailed their customer service to ask for an explanation so will update if I get one

Perhaps it was a mistake? You’re best off just giving them a call to ask

I’ve still not heard from Oushk. I whatsapped them on Monday to ask if my order was okay. No answer. No approval and it’s due on Saturday. Some of their recent comments re. Receiving stock yesterday and “ensuring current orders are fulfilled” has made me a little nervous.

Oushk have always approved mine very close to delivery, I’m sure it’ll be fine but I’d be a bit nervous too!!

Maybe it’s just the panic of all this that’s making my memory go dodgy but it is a bit nervy now! Hopefully it’s approved tomorrow

I ordered from Oushk 3 weeks ago with a delivery date of tomorrow. Just approved today and tracking details sent.
Dont panic just yet.

Some pharmacists are not supplying new customers who want higher doses. Pharmulous have a big note in their website saying 12.5 and 15 are for existing customers who have not ordered in the past three weeks.

My Oushk order arrived yesterday on my chosen date with no issues so hopefully your will too!

@LifeOfAShowGirl my Oushk delivery is due today, I’ve had the shipped email but no update from DPD, lots of people on circle getting their knicker in a twist about today’s deliveries, sending emails, WhatsApp’s and complaining like mad.
I’m just going to wait, I’m sure it will come today or tomorrow.
This was an order I placed before the price issue, just happened to choose this date.
I wouldn’t want to work at a WLI pharmacy at the moment, it must be hellish.

Has anyone heard from medicine marketplace?

I checked earlier. Everything still out of stock.

I think at oushk more than anything it must be awful because of the weirdly overly connected users!

DH’s pen has been delayed in transit for first time since he started with Oushk last year. I wonder if the local depot got a bit overwhelmed with the influx of orders, it was sitting at Bham hub for an extra day but is due in an hour or so. Hopefully it will be cool when it arrives. His other two pens got dispatched today.

Has anyone heard anything from Voy at all? getting a bit worried about how i'm going to afford it.

Oushk are starting to concern me to be honest. Not heard anything back about my orders due on Saturday. I go on holiday next week and want them all in the fridge ready

I ordered a 10mg pen last Thursday and haven’t heard a peep from them since the confirmation email. I’m an existing customer. Getting a bit worried about it now.

@LifeOfAShowGirl what you mean Hira isn’t my friend and personally ensuring my massive order, with extra pink measuring tape freebie isn’t late!!!
This whole price issue really shows how many people think they are special, more deserving, more entitled, we’re not really all in this together.

I do feel for Hira in a way. She’s had to make a new rule that anyone who tags her in the Facebook group gets their comment deleted because people were treating it like a 24/7 customer service line. But then again, she made her bed

I got both of mine from Oushk today. They were approved on Monday, dispatched yesterday. Hope you will get yours safely

@LifeOfAShowGirl Yes I had a convocation about that on another thread, the downside of running a personality based marketing campaign.
Hopefully she has MH support and guidance, I’m always amazed at how some people seem to be happy showing their whole life on SM to back up a business, I often wonder how it makes their children feel.

DH’s delay seems to be a DPD issue and not Oushk at least. They have approved and shipped his pens relatively speedily given how busy they must be
