How to know when to increase dose?

I’m on week 1 of 2.5 and I’m already getting reminder emails from my pharmacy to order the next pen.

i had hoped to have a bit of time to see if 2.5 is effective for me, and stay on that for as long as it works.

I appreciate I’m only a few days in. My appetite has definitely increased and the lack of food noise is just amazing. No side effects so far, and I can definitely still eat. I had quite a decent size dinner last night but had only really grazed on a few little bits before then because I just wasn’t that hungry.

I’m worried about the price hike, having read the threads on here so I don’t know if I should order a 5mg pen now. Is there a way I can order another 2.5 and a 5? Would my pharmacy let me?

I order mine on the same day I take the third injection, which should give you time to see whether the one you are on is working.
I don’t think you can order ahead. I tried that for a holiday once but wasn’t able to. But perhaps different pharmacies have different rules - ask yours.
The loss of food noise is amazing isn’t it! That’s the thing that’s made the biggest difference to me. Good luck with your weight loss.

I would order the next dose up now if they have emailed you especially with the price increase on September 1st, you can always count clicks if need be. At the moment 2.5mg & 5mg are roughly if not the same price anyway.
