Is there anyone that has been able to reach target on 2.5mg? Like everyone else I’m trying to work out the best strategy.
I’m only 3 weeks in sadly, but have lost a significant amount of weight in that time which I am delighted about. I was planning to stay on 2.5mg for a while anyway because it has worked so well. And I am now wondering if I could reach target (another 3 stone) on 2.5mg alone - maybe pushing to 5mg if weight loss does really stall. Is
