IQ Doctor help

Currently been on MJ for 8 weeks with Voy and just trying to switch to IQ Dr as they are one of the cheapest and offer maintenance.

Filled all the questionnaire in and they've accepted my order without payment and now asking for pics etc, do I pay after they accept me?

Under 'My orders' on the website it has all my order details but says 'UNPAID'

When I first signed up with VOY I had to pay prior and then send my pics so I'm just wondering if IQ doctor do it differently and if I've done it right!!

You pay and then they approve you (or not)
If not approved you will be refunded promptly.

I have been with iq doctor for about 9 months and find their service excellent.

That's strange as I haven't paid and it says 'unpaid' but has still put my order through pending pics approval.

I didn't have my card to hand so I clicked back and then it went through but without payment... I may give them a call and see what's happened.

I’ve just ordered from them an hour ago (also moving from Voy, who I love but can’t afford). They took payment immediately and then sent an email with a link to a clinician review, which I presume is the photos etc
