What does maintenance look like

I'm currently on 10mg and lost 3.5 stone over 6 months. My BMI is now 23.5 and I'm wary of losing more weight as at 57 years old don't want to start looking gaunt in the face. I'm just wondering what people do when moving into maintenance?
I'm happy with the way I look and feel for the first time in over 25 years and don't want to even think of going back to where I was at the start and this drug has been a miracle at keeping me motivated and seeing results.
Any help would be massively appreciated!

Thanks - I hadn't seen this when I posted. I'll have a look now!

Congratulations!!

The first thing to do is have a chat with your prescriber and think about what you want to do - stay on the dose you are on and increase your calories, taper down and come off or taper down and stay on a lower dose - and how they will support you. There are the options of spacing out dosing or month on month off but these are less supported by prescribers so less common.

I am currently on 7.5mg having hit my goal on 10. I will probably stay here for another pen and then give 5mg a go. I plan to stay on a low dose (or subsequent incarnations of a glp1!) for life.

TBH, I find that most of the comments on that maintenance thread are regarding coming off to maintain which is obviously not the route I have chosen so I find the mounjaromaintenanceuk sub on Reddit much more helpful.

I'm also really conflicted about maintenance, atm I'm bmi 21, and still losing, I have got into the habit of eating the same food every day which suits my audhd brain, I don't think about food at all, just eat at about 11, then 6, that's it. I feel fine doing that, not hungry, but if I try to increase food I feel sick and I don't want the thoughts of food coming back.
I'm taking a dose every week out of the stash of pens I've got left, then I want to micro dose, ordering a small 2.5 dose as and when, I've heard Swift will let you do this, I'm also older, and wasn't that fat in the first place, but too fat for me and I'm NOT going back.
