Maintaining-which pharmacy?

So far I've tried med express who were good but seem to cut you off at bmi 23.5 and oushk who I moved to because they are supposed to be really supportive in the maintenence stage. However that's twice now my delivery has been delayed. Last time my pen arrived warm and they said it was fine. I'm expecting the same whenever this pen eventually appears. Who could I move to who would support maintaining at around a bmi 20-22 and don't send warm pens 1-2 days late? Thanks.

My BMI is not yet that low, but I have recently moved to Swift, who according to the Monj site support BMIs down to 20 with a joining BMI of 21. They have been super quick so far for me, and prices are pretty low too

I moved to Simple online pharmacy at bmi 22, the pharmacist emailed me with the maintenance info below when I asked.

Key Points on BMI and Restarting Treatment:

  • A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. As long as your BMI is within this range, we can recommend you consider your maintenance options.
  • There is no specific BMI cut-off for continuing the medication, but if your BMI falls too low, we would need to assess your health.
  • You cannot restart treatment if your BMI is below 30 and it's been more than 3 months since your last dose. This 3-month period is our cut-off for restarting. If more than 3 months have passed, weight management must be done through healthy lifestyle changes unless you BMI is >30.
  • If it’s been less than 3 months since your last dose, and you feel you need more time to establish a healthier routine, continuing treatment is an option at a maintenance level.
They also price match including discounts too, you just email them with proof of price first. They then send you a code to use within 3 days.

Very strange with the delayed pens from Oushk. I've been with them for 6 months and ordered for weekday and weekend delivery always DPD and not once have I had a delay. I work full time too so need a reliable delivery. Have you spoken to Oushk about it to see what they can do?

Thanks so much everyone. I haven't spoken to oushk yet. I'm going to wait and see what the pen is like when it gets delivered. Supposed to be tonight. I'll maybe see what they say first but really not very impressed so far.
