Starting tomorrow

I made a bit of a mistake and now not sure what to do.
I ordered my first dose of mounjaro last week and was expecting a delivery today or tomorrow.
I was away for the weekend and the package was delivered early for some reason! So it hasn't been in the fridge since Saturday. Not sure if I can still take it now? Already worried to death about side effects!

Also, I've had a bit of a heavy weekend. Lots of food and a few too many glasses of wine - im sure i read somewhere that its best to eat healthily for a few days before starting as greasy foods can result in more side effects. Did anyone experience this?

Have you asked your provider for advice with the details of how it has been stored over the last few days? That's where I would start, especially if you are potentially going to need to reorder early.

Agree with asking your provider for their advice.

Having said that, the pens can be kept at room temperature once they are in use, or once they have been left out of the fridge. As long as they don’t get above 30 degrees, which seems unlikely. So, the 30 days at room temperature started on Saturday. You should be able to fit 4 weekly doses in within 30 days from Saturday, even if you don’t start for a few more days.
