Would anyone like to share their stats and graphs of their progress and results on WLI? Whatever you've been tracking! Weight loss, goal progress, side effects, measurements etc.

Also what apps are people using? I'm a daily weigher and I log it in myfitnesspal (that's what I've used for every other weight loss attempt) but I wish I'd used apps like shotsy and happy scale from the beginning.

Started in Feb this year - nearly 4 stone down. Here’s my Shotsy graph…

Sometimes I’ve felt like I wasn’t making progress for a few weeks and then would suddenly get moving again. Good to see that overall it’s an average steady 2lbs a week loss. As long as that continues, I’m very happy!

My goal is the lowest weight I remember being as a young adult, but my body shape is very different post 40, obesity and pregnancy! So I’ll be interested to see what I feel like when I get there. And I do intend to carry on to get to my healthy BMI if I possibly can.

By the way, does anyone know what the different graph colours mean?

@roshi42 2lbs a week is amazing! Incredible progress. Thanks for sharing!

I believe the colours indicate the dose. 5mg is purple, 10mg is pink etc.

Ah, of course! Duh - they match the colour of the doses when you log the jabs - I should have worked that one out by now, lol. I went a long way on 2.5!

Started last September lost a total of 65lbs gone from obese to healthy BMI, at ‘goal’ now but still tracking, injecting and focusing on body shape/conditioning through exercise and macros.

I track food on MyFitnessPal and weight on my own spreadsheet

I started mid-Feb this year and have lost 3st 8lbs so far with at least 2 more to go. People are commenting how much better I look and I do feel it.

Had some sickness and one bout of absolutely horrendous two-ender but that's settled down now. I still get a bit of heartburn and constipation but I can deal with that. I'm not counting calories at all, just making better food choices.

Another spreadsheet-er. Prefer the flexibility over apps to pick what I want to see and have everything in one sheet/overview.

Can't fit all the rows in on screenshot, but gives an idea.

I wish I had used an app to track as I love the visuals, so I've unearthed an old user name to upload a before and an almost after.

Anyway some basic numbers:
May 2024 18 stone / 114kg / BMI 38.3
Aug 2025 10 stone 9 / 67.5kg / BMI 22.7

I only track on MFP. Currently on 7.5mg but have come down monthly from 15mg with a view to stopping. Will probably stay on 2.5mg for a while first though. Only have 9lb to lose til goal weight 🙌🏼

best thing about it all? Being able to tolerate the heat! First time since I was a child that I’m enjoying the summer!

Agree about the heat. This is my first summer in about 15 years that I'm not a red faced sweaty puddle 24/7.
