Has anyone been prescribed whilst using Warfarin?

I have a friend trying to lose weight but really struggling, she wants to try weight loss injections but is struggling to find anyone to prescribe it as she takes warfarin.

She has the NHS go ahead to do it and they are offering to prescribe it but have no stock so she is on a waitlist and wants to get started, they said it could be months away.

Can anyone tell me anywhere that might accept her whilst using warfarin?

I used to be on warfarin and was turned down due to the two drugs being incompatible.

I changed anticoagulant to Edoxaban (not to access the WLI) but was then accepted for Mounjaro

I take warfarin and was told that it would be possible to have Wegovy but not Mounjaro. It had to be recommended by an Obesity consultant and not through any online provider. I’m steadily losing, but not as dramatically as those on Mounjaro, although drastic changes in diet are not suitable for those on Warfarin. Because of the Warfarin I do have to think carefully about what I eat anyway, especially my vit K intake. I’m staying at a lower level so I don’t need to keep adjusting my dose but it’s been great so far, feeling much better and only had one blip in my INR.
