Consistently low-priced provider

I have been on mounjaro since last November and have always used monj.co.uk to identify a lower price and switched providers every month.

My BMI is now 30.1 so I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep swapping providers.

Can anyone recommend a provider who keeps prices fairly consistent? Not necessarily the cheapest, but not reliant on good discount codes every month.

I'm about to move to 12.5mg if that's relevant.

You will still be able to swap providers at 30.1 bmi. I’ve been with simple online pharmacy for quite a few months now, they price match including discount codes. You have to email them proof first and they send you a code before purchase. They price match the pen but only charge £4 delivery so it has actually worked out cheaper than buying from the pharmacy ive matched to.

I moved to Medicine Market Place a couple of months ago due to the cost.
For 12.5 & 15 pens they are £145 including delivery which I think is one of the cheapest. No discount codes needed & they say they won't review the prices until next April.
I can't fault them so far.
Only thing to bear in mind is that as a lot of people use them for the higher doses they go out of stock fairly quick.
They get a big stock drop at the end of each month & as long as you place your order within a couple of days of the stock drop you should be fine. I have been so far.
They still have stock now after the latest drop was last Thursday.

Weprescribe

SheMed are a fixed pricing model - £99 for the first month, then £159 after no matter the dose. They include a blood test when you apply, which checks cholesterol, HBA1c, thyroid and liver. You get a lot of support, too.

SquishyGloopyBum · 06/08/2025 07:57

You will be able to swap - I have at BMI 28 and BMI26.

I hate all the faff though. I wish places honoured loyalty more.

SilenceInside · 06/08/2025 08:03

I think it’s important to mention with Shemed that it’s a subscription model and that in their Ts&Cs they make it clear that you as a customer don’t get to decide on what dose level they prescribe you. You fill out feedback forms and they decide based on those and how much weight you’re losing. Which is fine if that’s what you want, but it’s something to be aware of.

SecretSquirrel703 · 06/08/2025 10:49

I'm with WePrescribe at the moment & want to stay with them for at least a few orders if possible, I've asked if they price match for next order & they've said they should be able to. Otherwise I was looking at MedicineMarketplace as good prices, no codes required & consistently high rating on trustpilot.

Medicine marketplace have good pricing. They don’t give discount but their price is lower than most providers - check Maujarno website it will show you.

Have you switched every month? I’m considering doing this and I’m just wondering if there are any drawbacks to it, other than having to do the sign up process each time.

TheBrickCritic · 29/01/2026 19:18

Med express price match to some providers including medicine market place which are cheaper than med express, the others were not. It means I didn't swap for my second order, but still got a bit of a discount(for my next pen) If you refer someone you can also get a discount code for money off however I don't know anyone in real life to give a code too as I have not told anyone.

I've switched every month... at the beginning of I ended up getting a 15mg pen for £139 (less double the £110 discount) from Numan due to an error on their website 😁

Thanks! I’ve just swapped, wasn’t actually that much of a faff

It really isn't... those that say it's a lot if faff are ones that struggle with technology.

I'm just completing my 5th month and I've ordered from 5 different providers
