I tried 2.5mg months ago and had horrendous side effects, off work, couldn't leave bathroom let alone house and couldn't function with dioreah, headaches and fatigue. It was awful!
(I do have a sensitive stomach and sensitive to food, drugs etc)

Am tempted to use 1.25mg but wondered if anyone else has had same experience as me but the 1.25 was ok and worked?

Very hesitant to try but fed up and desperate

Yes I took half the dose and was much better. 2.5mg ruined me. 6 weeks later and I'm at 2.5 with no side effects. Just do 30 clicks!

I've taken 1.25mg from the start (on week 5 now), had every intention of just trialling it at 1.25 for a week then moving up, but suppression was so good that i struggle to get the minimum calories i require in, and side effects were minimal (but there) so I've stuck at 1.25. I've lost 17lb in this time.

It's definitely worth a go.

Yes and it’s meant I’ve successfully been able to remain on it for 4 months and have lost over 2 stone which I’m delighted with. I took my first dose thinking it was a “low” dose and I’d be okay. Well 24 hours later my glands swelled, my shoulders, back and clavicle ached like I had a very serious case of flu. I was exhausted, nauseous and couldn’t face food. I ended up off work. I thought it had been expensive waste of time. But by the 6th day I felt great - I wasn’t hungry, I was able to eat a reasonable amount of food at each meal and could control my intake.

So I worked out using the glp-1 plotter website and then discovered Shotsy and spent ages modelling the dose and what was bad and what was good (not forgetting the half life) life). I decided to drop right down to 0.5mg, which I tolerated well. From there, I gradually stepped up: 1mg, 1.25mg, then into 3mg and 3.75mg where I hit a wall with awful diarrhoea. I stuck it out for four weeks, but with Le Mans coming up, I knew I couldn’t risk that level of disruption. So I skipped a dose.

Once I was back home, I restarted at 2.5mg and doubled up that week. Then I made the leap to 5mg where I’ve been for 5 weeks and it’s been brilliant. I’m losing around 2lb a week and plan to taper down again in a few weeks.
