Constipation

Is anyone else constipated on MJ? am on 7.5mg. I am going to try and up my water intake but I am a teacher so limited for toilet breaks which makes it difficult.

Constipation is a frequent side effect of MJ. As this is something I am prone to anyway, I try my best to prevent it.
I take 2 psyllium husk capsules every morning with a glass of water.
Mainly protein and vegetables diet. (spinach, red peppers etc feature fairly often)
I drink lots, and lots of water
If I haven't 'been' for 24 hours I include 3 prunes at breakfast and take some Senna in the evening. That sorts things out!
