No loss in 2 weeks

I realise I may be over reacting, it's only 2 weeks, but I've been consistently losing for six months now at a good steady rate.
I'm currently on 10 mg, very good suppression. Good low calorie intake, and the weight loss has completely stopped.
I've lost 50lbs, with another 30lbs to go, so it's not like I am close to my goal.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how did you get past it? My calories are already on the low side, and I don't really want to go lower.
I was constipated and thought that was contributing to the plateau, but I've sorted that and still no change on the scales.

Should I just trust the process?!

Patience is the only way!

It’s very common to stay the same, or even gain, at different points along the way. There’s no rhyme or reason to it and bodies are just weird things that don’t really understand the maths of weight loss! TBH, you’ve been very lucky to get this far and not have it happen before!

Stick with it and trust that it will start to move again.

I've gone from 18 and half to 11 and half in nearly a year.. but around 13.4 I think I stayed the same for just over 3 weeks.. every Monday would bring in the same weight , I would be 1 or 2lb different in the week then come Monday 13.4 again..

But I just kept going and it soon started to move down again..

Try ignore it and jeep going it will move eventually..

Are you measuring? I used me360° which scans your body image and records your measurements... It's brilliant.

Sometimes I don't lose weight but reduce my mass!!

It's normal. I've just had a month where I've only lost 3lbs, but then lost 3lbs in a week. It felt like a bit of a slog but stick with it. Before losing the 3lbs I tried to vary up what I was eating and go heavy carb now and then, I know here is some science behind it that I could never in a million years explain properly but it always seems to kickstart me. Also if your calories are on the low side, try upping them for a bit. I know it seems counter-intuitive but sometimes you need to be more at a bit of a maintenance so you can reset. Don't forget that we are stressing our bodies.

I just wanted to update in case anybody stumbles across this thread going through the same thing.

I gave it a week after this thread, still no loss. So decided to lower my MJ dose for a week and up my calories. Ended up eating a decent amount of calories for about 8-9 days.
I then went back to my usual dose and lower calories, and started losing again 🙂
Have lost 4.5 lbs since I switched it all up.

Also, I notice that after this stall, my body is very different. Seems as though fat has moved around (if that makes sense 😅) and I've had to throw clothes out that I was wearing happily before the stall. All my tops are now too baggy, even though the weight isn't much different.

So, all this to say, don't lose heart, as previous posters said, patience is key.
