Decreased suppression in week 3

I had my third dose of Mounjaro 2.5mg on Monday (3 days ago). Yesterday I was having big hunger pangs and ate more than I have since starting the injections. Does the suppression wear off as your body gets used to the medication? I'm hoping to get better suppression when I move up to the next dose.

Yes, that’s why you have to increase your dose.

If its wearing off within a few days it's time to move up providing you don't have side effects or it's time of month as hormones can affect it too. Your ideal dose will keep you suppressed for at least 5 days without any side effects.
