Temporarily reduce dose?

Temporarily reduce the dose? I have been using Mounjaro for 10 weeks. First 5 weeks at 2.5 mg, then 5 weeks at 3.75 mg. Unfortunately, I recently fell ill (bronchitis caused by mycoplasma bacteria) and was prescribed a fairly strong course of antibiotics. I feel extremely weak (this is all due to the bronchitis, not necessarily Mounjaro, which did make me a bit tired, but not to such an extreme degree). I wonder if it's all a bit too much for my body. I am losing about 2 lbs per week. I am going on holiday in a few days, and I wonder what to do. Perhaps it would be good to temporarily reduce the dose. There is still 7 mg left in the pen, so I could get 3 doses of almost 2.5 mg out of it. That way, my body would have less to endure, and I wouldn't have to take an extra new pen with me. Has anyone else done something like this? I'm going back to the GP tomorrow and can ask him, but he has little experience with Mounjaro. (Another doctor prescribed my Mounjaro, but he is on holiday, so I can't ask him either.) I'm not so much asking for medical advice, but more whether anyone else has temporarily reduced their dose and how that worked out for them? Thanks!

i would go back down to 2.5, and stay on it until your body recovers
