Ordering Mounjaro

To anyone trying to purchase Mounjaro from Med Express…they are having serious issues with despatch, maybe better to try another provider.

Interesting have 2 messages asking if I want to order my next pen. Only just done 2nd from current pen but may need best to order this week just in case then.

It is very frustrating as they messaged me asking me to reorder..they should have alerted clients prior to ordering!

I've been with MedExpress for 17 pens. The last one did take a while (ordered mid July), so much so I emailed to ask if all was ok! Usually they dispatch within 48 hours but this took 4 days. Not awful though.

I was orinially with medexpress and they kept messing about with delivery times so i changed clinics, current clinic is great... no issues whatso ever and the doctors i speak to is so caring.

Dont settle for substandared service, plenty of good clinics/suppliers out there

May I ask who supplies you now?

I use Ashcroft Pharmacy and can't fault their service so far. My pen always arrives the day after ordering.

I’ve always used them and must have been lucky as never an issue. I ordered another 5mg pen on Sunday and it was delivered today

I re ordered on 26th and came today so no issues here. Was 10mg pen if that makes a difference?

I've ordered from 4 different places...I shop around for best price. We prescribe are excellent and prices are competitive.

£60 for the initial consultation, i have tried a few other companies and have been messed about in one way or another, keltoi have been great so far.

I could be wrong but I don't think Keltoi are a registered pharmacy. They don't appear on the pharmacy regulation database anyway, so I'd be VERY careful ordering from them.

I am not a big fan of medexpress but there are reports on Reddit that they have a 50% off code at the moment so get those orders in!!!!

I ordered my next pen late Sunday evening and it was here by 11am Monday morning. MedX. How strange!

Its a referal clinic so they just put you in touch with the Doctor who then prescribes, they are very hands off which i quite like, the doctor phones once a week to check progress etc.
