Is anyone else having problems submitting photos to Asda to verify weight. This is the 3rd time I have tried to send them and each time they say there is a problem or a photo missing. And of course this is delaying getting my new prescription. I have been with them for a year and only have about half a stone left to loose so it's very frustrating. I'm worried it will take so long that I will have to start again at 2.5!
