Change mounjaro suppliers - is it safe to start again?

I am looking to change my mounjaro supplier as with my current supplier, I have to travel to a pharmacy miles away from home every 4 weeks to get weighed and speak to a pharmacist about my diet and exercise before I can collect my next dose. I want to switch to a supplier where consults can be managed online and I can get my medication posted to my home address.

I am currently on my 2nd 5mg pen after being on 2.5 for one week at the start. My understanding is that if I go with a new supplier I will need to start again with 2.5mg. Has anyone done this, gone from 5mg to 2.5 for a week then back up to 5mg? How much did it affect your appetite/progress and is it safe?

Haven't changed personally but I've read you just show your prescription/box from current supplier and they'll continue at the same level. That's what my supplier has said (Oushk)

2.5 for one month not one week

You don’t have to start again at 2.5mg! You simply tell them on the online form that you are already taking a WLI, which one it is and what dose. They will ask for evidence of that, the simplest thing is a photo of the prescription label from your first medication box. That will show your name, the date and the dose. You will then be able to order a 5mg pen.

Good to know I won't have to start at 2.5 again! I've had a look and found an online supplier to go with. I'll be leaving this thread now, thank you kindly to those who have taken the time to feed back, it is much appreciated.
