Oushk Weight verification appointment

For those who are with Oushk and have had your weight verification call, what did you actually need?
it says tape measure (to verify height although mine only goes up to 150cm!, ID, scales - have I missed anything?
Ive got baggy jeans on at the moment, will they want me in more firm fitting clothes? I didn’t see it stipulated however the text in the email is pretty small and although I zoomed in and moved the screen around I may have missed it!
I’ve got mine in an hour so have time.

I had mine a few days ago
Was less than 5 mins, I was in baggy jeans and a t-shirt. Said hello, showed my driving license and stepped on the scales and showed the display and the lady read it back to me to confirm.
I didn't have a tape measure (I'd forgotten about that instruction) so she just asked me stand in front of a standard interior door to gauge my height. I just had to move my phone about so she could see my head and the top of the door frame! Not sure how they do that but I guess it proves I'm not 6ft tall pretending to be 5ft tall!
Anyway, all quick and easy and nothing to worry about.

Okay it was done in about 3 minutes, just showed my driving license as ID, stood against a door as my tape measure wasn’t long enough and got on the scales to prove my weight.

Thanks @TheChosenTwo! I’ll not worry too much about the tape measure/ height as I was super unsure how I was going to do it.

I had mine last week too stood in front of the door as I’ve got the wrong end of the stick and thought they wanted to measure my waist. Anyhow, all super easy and they were very efficient.

No one mentioned a tape measure to me, I was just asked to show my passport stand on the scales and stand in front of a 'standard door'

You probably will before your next order if you don't have independent verification of your height (from Dr, stamped by pharmacy etc) to add to your health profile.

Also, every patient will now need to do a weight verification video call every 6 months.

Just got the email about mine to order some more. What did they say about bmi? Slightly concerned as I’m now 11st 9 (was 15st 6) and I’m 5 ft 6. Will they say no? I want to get to the “healthy range” which is 8 stone 3 to 11 stone. So ideally if I can get to 10 stone 7 that gives me a bit of wiggle room. Worried they will say no and I’m so close!

Well they didn’t ask for proof of height, but they did ask for proof of identity, the same proof I provided when I first ordered from them!

I've had an email saying a new verification call is needed before my next order. But I only just had one for my last order (when it was just weight and ID, not height). Then there's a load of information to give on the website. I don't want to share my motivations for losing weight on an anonymous web form and they're asking for information that I've given again and again. Or that they should already know as they're the only supplier I've been with. My height hasn't changed. My starting weight hasn't changed.

It's a different set of requirements every time I log in and it's getting silly now.
