Eye floaters

Has anyone experienced these? I’ve had it in one eye for about a week now and am on week 7 of 2.5mg. I can’t get a GP appointment and have booked an opticians for Monday, but wondering if I should call 111 as some worrying info online.

What's it like? If it is like a shadow or accompanied by blurry vision get checked out asap. My husband had this and it was a tear in the retina

Hope it’s not that! I’ve called 111 and waiting for a callback. Not got any pain and think it’s just been a stress week at work so probably just that

Are there any other symptoms? Retinal damage can be accompanied by flashes, sparkles, and what looks like a grey curtain covering some of your vision; and there's no pain involved because it doesn't affect nerve endings.
