I’m not sure if this is really a rant, a complaint or a question??…. I started MJ 10 weeks ago and I’ve lost 9lb in total?!? I’ve seen zero posts about people not loosing much?! What am I not doing??…. I log every bite of food on the WW (weight watchers for MJ) app so I know my exact calorie/ proteins etc intake (aprox 1000-1300 ish per day) I drink aprox 3-4lt water a day. I do two Pilates class a week. 🤷🏼♀️
Starting weight 12.9lb (currently 12.1lb - week 10) I’m 5ft5 and currently on 7.5mg dose.
