Lower doses seem to work better for me?

Can anyone help me here, because I feel like I’m going mad.

I’ve been on Mounjaro for about a year now. I spent a month on 2.5, three months on 5, seven months on 7.5 and I’ve just taken my third dose of a month on 10. Last night the needle came out of my thigh part way through the injection and I didn’t get the full dose of 10.

i feel more suppressed than I have all month on 10. I moved up because I had a snacky month - but I think it might’ve just been stress and work pressures, looking back.

is this even possible? Is it possible for lower doses to work better?

I don’t know about better as I have no comparison but 2.5mg has helped me lose 6 stone so far, it was working fine so I didn’t need to move up. Presumably you moved up because you needed to though?

I definitely went up from 5 because I needed it. Going up from 7.5, I had a very bad month so I turned to food a bit more and moved up. But then I’ve found 10 really not very good!

An update - on day 3 of the unknown dose (estimated to be around 7.5) and my appetite is still nowhere to be seen! I’ll definitely be ordering a 7.5 pen next month.

@RainSoakedNightsI feel like I could have written this! I didn't realise I had automatic subscription with numan and they sent a 10mg pen, 7.5 was so much better for me, I'm thinking about dropping back down on the next order.

I’m the same, stuck to 2.5ml and it’s working great. I don’t want to lose weight really fast, I want consistency (something that I’ve never managed on the hundreds of diets I’ve been in before)

Omg I am feeling similar. How odd. 10mg also seems to make me feel like shit for 5 days out of 7 too (tired, bloated, bad stomach, cramps, nausea)

I'm going to try dropping back down with my last dose tonight via clicks and see what happens
