Sore throat

Hi all I am 4ish months in on MJ and recently am getting a persistent on/off sore throat. My voice is hoarse. Is this linked to MJ? anyone else had the same and is it something to be concerned about? otherwise I sometimes get mild back pain, otherwise all good. ive lost 3 stone

Could you be getting silent reflux? MJ keeping the stomach fuller for longer could cause this, although in general losing weight should improve GERD long term.

I might be tempted to get that checked out if it lasts longer than 3 weeks. I think the chances of it being linked to MJ are slim to non-existent, but it's worth getting reassurance.

I didn’t experience this. However I did feel that any illness I had eg a cold, was much worse when I was on MJ. So that might be why you feel you have a persistent/sore throat? I also generally felt tired/dehydrated on MJ so things like a sore throat might last longer as a result.

I increased my dose of MJ last week and have had a hoarse voice in the morning for the last few days! Gets bet As the day goes on.
