Pillsorted not showing dose on email

I usually order from pillsorted but have a code to use from a different supplier to save £50.

After paying and putting in details, showing photos, confirming weight etc. They asked about showing previously bought dose. No problem, I screenshot the last email confirmation from pillsorted with date, name, address etc but it doesn't say on the email what dose it was. It just says "weightloss treatment". It doesn't even say mounjaro!

Of course the new supplier has come back to ask what dose it is and to screenshot properly but I can't find anywhere, on the emails or on previous order history on my pillsorted profile what I actually bought.

And I have already paid and thrown out the pack with the prescription information on.

Any ideas or anything I can do? Will they refund me if I can't prove it? Can I do something else, like show a picture of my driving licence next to the pen I ordered?

Thanks for any help if anyone has been in this situation

I used pillsorted once in December 2024 last, I've just logged on and literally first page of orders shows the dose 7.5mg at the top. I'll attach the photo.

Is your one still "active consultation"?
Because this is what mine shows. Mine doesn't say anything about dose

@mamabeeboo do you have the NHS app, or access to the NHS online website, where you can access your GP health record? If Pillsorted notified your GP by letter then it may appear on your GP record, and you could do a screenshot of that.

It's on the website after logging in I click my initials to get to that screen. Are you on an app as mine doesn't say back to app like yours does. Why don't you go on the website and try it. I don't know why it says active consultation, clearly the date is last December. Why don't you send them an email asking for proof of dose for your own records or GP or some reason and then send that to your new prescriber?

There needs to be verifiable proof, photo id next to a pen does not prove it was you it was prescribed to, it could be someone else's pen.

Can you ask pillsorted for a copy of your prescription as you want to give it to your GP to add to your records?
