Nausea and vomiting on increasing dose

I’m on week 5, did 4 weeks on 2.5 and had a teeny bit of nausea the day after jab. But nothing that massively impacted me.

I was losing weight well and had pretty good suppression. I had a 5mg pen, but decided to do 3.75. This was Monday and I’ve been so ill. Constant all day nausea, which makes me not able to eat. Vomiting and gagging, especially after eating anything.

Longer term users, would you recommend going back to 2.5 again on Monday?

This is a common reaction when going up a dose, I experienced it myself - simultaneous vomiting and trots, most unpleasant.

You could try increasing the dose more slowly. That's what I did after that experience and so far so good.

I went up to 5mg after 4 weeks on 2.5mg and the side effects were horrendous.

I was nauseous, had constipation, terrible indigestion and was sick twice.

I stopped for a week then went back down to 2.5mg by taking 30 clicks out of my 5mg pen.

I then stayed on 2.5mg for a few more months before going up to 3.75mg which I have been on for 2 months, I will probably try 5mg again next month.
