Swapping providers now BMI under 27 - will I be accepted?

Hi I wish to swap from Oushk for various reasons but I’ve begun filling the form in on a couple of other providers but not continued to the end yet because now (having been on WLI for a little while already) my BMI is under 27. How do I flag that I’m currently taking them and just looking to change provider, is there a separate form?
i see that people change all the time but id be grateful for some specific advice about you change without having to be assessed as a ‘new starter’.

The forms you fill in for your new provider will ask if you are already taking a WL medication and if so which one and dosage.
They will also ask you to confirm that you took your last dose within 14 days.

Then, once you have placed your order, they will / should ask you for photos / video to verify weight and bmi, as well as proof of most recent prescription (for this I used a photo of the sticker on the box of my last pen)

If you go to Lotus they just ask for a copy of your recent prescription. Like a screenshot to show you’ve used the meds within the past 6 months. As long as your BMI is over 20 you’ll be accepted usually same day. Free next day delivery too. Couldn’t be easier.

I know lots are offering maintenance but that’s the only one I’ve got experience with.

Does Lotus offer deals? I’ve been with MedExpress for a year and am close to maintenance and wish to start dosing down slowly (am on 15mg) but it’s £209 every month with them and crippling me.

Thanks everyone that is really helpful

That's a lot of money to pay! Don't medexpress price match?
I'm with Oushk on a maintenance plan paying £160.99 incl delivery for 15mg. There are also cheaper places.
Have you looked at www.monj.co.uk to compare, there is also a maintenance section on there is you want to plan for then
