Hair horror

Has anyone else had this? My hair has just lost the plot . I lost 4 stones but have been stable and taking a maintenance dose for the past year but my hair is dreadful thin and it used to be curly but is just as frizzy mess .

How old are you? Might be a peri thing if your weight has been stable

I'm post menopausal, in my 60's and so far have lost 2.5 stone.
My hair is falling out by the handful. It's gone from curly to straight.

Not me but a friend has, she takes biotin now which has helped a bit.

I lost a lot but it all grew back. I made sure I was eating lots of protein and took collagen too.

Yes I'm long past menopause but that never affected my hair! I'll look at the supplements you've suggested.
