My oushk MJ delivery has been delayed and will have been over 72 hours in transit. I feel this is unacceptable - would you reject the goods?

Yes definitely. Just get intouch with them, explain about the delay and ask for a replacement to be sent

I would ask them if they want you to reject or accept and return. If they don't reply accept and put in fridge until they give you directions.

Over 72hrs they should/will definitely replace, if I was using straight away I would just use it if I didn't think it had gone over 30 degrees to save the hassle, but if you are not due to use for a while get a replacement, I don't see why them or any provider arguing with that.
