Hey all !
so I am currently on 2.5 mg of mj . I done my last jag two nights ago ,
and I’ve only lost 6 pounds all in 😩 I’m eating a lot less and my clothes feel much better .
im not snacking at all but I can still eat my meals .
is it worth moVine up to 5mg ? I feel when I start eating I can’t stop until I am so bloated ?
just looking for advice .
and I know 6lbs is a good weight to drop but just scared that if I go with another month of 2.5 I won’t get any benefit
