Help me, hive mind! Week in to Wegovy and have just had what looks like the beginning of a period…. I take the mini pill and also oral HRT. Haven’t had a proper period in years, since about month three of the pill. That said I have had the occasional spotting episode and this may be that, but obvs I am prone to the dramatic interpretation and now fully expect to start gushing. I do have some stomach cramps as well so it suddenly all feels like it’s going on. Anyone else had similar?
