I ordered and paid for a pen on 24th June.
Money was immediately taken from my bank account.
Had email 1st July saying pen is on it's way, still waiting

Anyone else had same?

They have some pretty bad reviews recently on n trust pilot. What are they saying re the missing pen?

If it was dispatched 10 days ago surely ‘it’s on its way’ is not acceptable?

@ByLemonFish is there any kind of tracking number or details of the courier they are using? If the pen really has been "on it's way" since the 1st July then it's going to be warm, above 8 degrees, could even be higher than 30 degrees in this weather. If it's got above 8 degrees they should send you a replacement pen, in a timely fashion. If it's got above 30 degrees, and you have no way of knowing if it has or not, then you definitely can't use it and again they need to send you a replacement pen. Or, just fully refund you, if you don't trust them to deliver.

They failed their recent GPhC inspection on several grounds, which definitely doesn't inspire confidence in them as a company.

Your medicals is who I went with initially, they are bad, although with daily chivvying I have always had my order eventually. It's usually been about 2 weeks after I've ordered. If they are saying it's been approved and dispatched there should be tracking, AFAIK they use royal mail, or they did with mine. If there's no tracking then they haven't dispatched it, I left them for chemist 4 u a much better experience.
